Getting Started 🚀
Q: Is fetchin free?
A: fetchin offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required! After the trial, you can subscribe to the PRO plan for continued access.
Q: Do I need a credit card for the trial?
A: No! The free trial requires no credit card. You can try all features risk-free.
Q: How long does setup take?
A: Setup takes about 2 minutes:
- Install the extension (30 seconds)
- Create account (1 minute)
- Start using (30 seconds)
Q: Does fetchin work outside the UK?
A: fetchin is designed exclusively for UK sellers using Vinted.co.uk and Depop. It doesn’t work with other Vinted domains (like vinted.fr or vinted.de) because it’s optimized for UK shipping carriers. Depop support is available for Grow and Unlimited subscription tiers.
Extension & Installation 📦
Q: Which browsers does fetchin work with?
A: fetchin is a Chrome extension and works with:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
- Other Chromium-based browsers
It doesn’t work with Firefox or Safari.
Q: Can I use fetchin on mobile?
A: The extension itself is for desktop Chrome, but you can:
- Access mobile picklists via QR code
- Use your phone for picking orders
- View account on mobile browser
Q: Why isn’t the extension working on Vinted or Depop?
A: Make sure:
- ✅ For Vinted: You’re on vinted.co.uk (not other domains)
- ✅ For Depop: You’re on depop.com (Depop support requires Grow or Unlimited tier)
- ✅ You’re logged into Vinted/Depop
- ✅ The extension is enabled in Chrome
- ✅ You’re logged into fetchin
Q: The extension icon disappeared. What do I do?
A:
- Go to
chrome://extensions/ - Find fetchin
- Make sure it’s enabled
- Pin it to toolbar if needed

Q: How accurate is SKU detection?
A: fetchin’s AI-powered SKU detection is 95%+ accurate for most sellers. It automatically learns your SKU patterns from existing listings.
Q: What if SKUs aren’t detected?
A: You can:
- Set up SKU patterns manually (see SKU Patterns Guide)
- Manually add SKUs to orders
- Contact support for help
Q: Can I process labels without SKUs?
A: Yes! Labels will still process, but SKUs won’t be on them. You can add SKUs later or set up patterns for automatic detection.
Q: How many orders can I process at once?
A: fetchin can handle:
- Small sellers: 5-20 orders/day easily
- Medium sellers: 20-100 orders/day
- Large sellers: 100+ orders/day
There’s no hard limit - it scales with your business!
Q: Does fetchin work with bundle orders?
A: Yes! fetchin fully supports bundle orders:
- Vinted bundles: Automatically detects and groups items together
- Depop bundles: Full support (available for Grow and Unlimited tiers)
- Processes labels correctly for all bundle scenarios
Account & Subscription 💳
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

- Go to Account → Subscription
- Click “Manage Billing”
- Cancel in Stripe portal
- Access continues until period ends
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refund policies vary. Contact support at support@fetchin.app for refund requests.
Q: What happens when my trial ends?

- You’ll get email reminders before trial ends
- After trial, you can subscribe to continue
- Or your account becomes inactive
- All your data is preserved
Q: Can I extend my trial?
A: Yes! Use a referral code when signing up, or share your own referral code to get extended trials.

Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes! fetchin:
- Uses secure authentication (JWT tokens)

Q: Does fetchin store my Vinted or Depop password?
A: No! fetchin never stores or sees your Vinted or Depop passwords. It uses your existing browser session to access these platforms.

Q: Which shipping carriers are supported?
A: fetchin supports UK carriers:
- Yodel - Full support
- InPost Home - Home delivery
- InPost Locker - Locker delivery
- Evri - Full support (formerly Hermes)
- Royal Mail - Full support (including digital labels for high-value orders)
Q: What label size does fetchin use?
A: All labels are processed to 4x6 inches - the standard shipping label size.
Q: Can I use fetchin with international shipping?
A: fetchin is optimized for UK shipping only. International labels may not process correctly.
Q: What if a label doesn’t process correctly?
A:
- Check the original Vinted or Depop label
- Some carrier formats may differ

Mobile Picklists 📱
Q: Do I need an app for mobile picklists?
A: No! Mobile picklists work in your phone’s browser. Just scan the QR code and it opens in your mobile browser.
Q: Do mobile picklists work offline?
A: Yes! Once loaded, mobile picklists work offline. Perfect for warehouses with poor internet.
Q: Can multiple people use the same picklist?
A: Yes! Each person can scan the QR code and access the same picklist. Great for team picking.
Billing & Payments 💰
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
