Managing Your Subscription ⚙️

View Subscription Status

1. Go to Account Dashboard

   • Click extension icon
   • Navigate to Account section
   • Or visit fetchin.app/account

2. See Subscription Info

   • Current plan
   • Trial status
   • Billing date
   • Payment method

Update Payment Method

1. Access Billing

   • Go to Account → Subscription
   • Click “Manage Billing”
   • Opens Stripe Customer Portal

2. Update Card

   • Add new payment method
   • Update existing card
   • Remove old cards

3. Save Changes

   • Changes apply immediately
   • Used for next billing

Cancel Subscription

1. Go to Billing Portal

   • Account → Subscription → Manage Billing
   • Opens Stripe portal

2. Cancel Subscription

   • Click “Cancel Subscription”
   • Confirm cancellation
   • Access continues until period ends

3. What Happens

   • Access continues until billing period ends
   • No further charges
   • Can reactivate anytime

Reactivate Subscription

1. Go to Account

   • Navigate to Subscription section
   • Click “Reactivate” or “Resubscribe”

2. Confirm

   • Choose payment method
   • Confirm reactivation
   • Access restored immediately

Billing & Invoices 🧾

View Invoices

1. Access Billing Portal

   • Account → Subscription → Manage Billing
   • Opens Stripe portal

2. View Invoices

   • See all past invoices
   • Download PDF copies
   • Email receipts available

Payment Methods

Supported:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Debit cards
• Automatic billing
• Secure via Stripe

Billing Cycle

• Monthly billing - Charged each month
• Billing date - Same day you subscribed
• Auto-renewal - Automatic unless cancelled

During Trial

Trial Duration:
