Generate Your First Picklist 🎉
Ready to automate your workflow? Let’s generate your first picklist!
Prerequisites ✅
Before you start, make sure:
- ✅ Extension is installed and you’re logged in
- ✅ You’re logged into Vinted.co.uk
- ✅ You have at least one active order on Vinted
- ✅ SKU patterns are set up (recommended - see SKU Patterns Guide - you can use Smart Analysis in Settings to auto-detect patterns)
- Note: If you don’t use SKUs, you can still use fetchin for label processing. See Using fetchin Without SKUs for details.
- ✅ Your account is set up (see Account Setup)
⚠️ Important for Vinted Users: Do NOT click the “Get shipping label” button in Vinted for your orders. fetchin automatically handles getting all shipping labels during the “Process Labels” step. If you manually request labels from Vinted, the order status changes from “Payment successful!” to “Shipping label sent to seller”, and the extension won’t detect those orders as outstanding. Let fetchin handle the entire label process for you!
Step-by-Step Guide 📝

Common Questions ❓
Q: No orders showing up?
- Make sure you have active orders on Vinted
- Check you’re on vinted.co.uk (not other domains)
- Important: Make sure you haven’t manually clicked “Get shipping label” in Vinted - this changes the order status and prevents fetchin from detecting the order. fetchin handles getting all labels automatically during “Process Labels”
- Orders must be in “Payment successful!” status to be detected
- Refresh the Vinted page and try again
Q: SKUs not detected?
- If you use SKUs: Make sure you’ve set up SKU patterns in Settings → SKU Patterns (use Smart Analysis to auto-detect patterns)
- Test your patterns: After setting up patterns, use Batch Testing to verify they work correctly
- If you don’t use SKUs: You can still use fetchin - see Using fetchin Without SKUs for setup instructions
- During label processing: If a SKU isn’t detected for a specific product (e.g., missing SKU in description), labels will automatically fall back to buyer’s username - so every label always has identifiable information
- You can still proceed: Even if SKUs aren’t detected, you can still generate picklists and process labels normally - labels will use buyer usernames when SKUs aren’t available
Q: Picklist looks wrong?
- Check that orders are actually on Vinted
- Some orders might be in different statuses
- Contact support if issues persist
