Account Settings ⚙️

Manage your profile, preferences, and account security.

Profile Information 👤

Update Your Name

  1. Go to Account Dashboard

  2. Edit Profile

    • Find “Profile” or “Account Settings”
    • Click “Edit” on name field
    • Update first/last name
    • Click “Save”

Change Email Address

  1. Access Email Settings

    • Go to Account → Settings
    • Find “Email” section
  2. Update Email

    • Enter new email address
    • Confirm new email
    • Verify email (check inbox)
    • Save changes

Note: Email is used for login and notifications.

Password Management 🔒

Change Password

  1. Go to Security Settings

    • Account → Settings → Security
    • Or Account → Change Password
  2. Update Password

    • Enter current password
    • Enter new password (min 8 characters)
    • Confirm new password
    • Click “Save” or “Update”

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Mix of letters and numbers recommended
  • Use unique password
  • Don’t reuse passwords

Forgot Password

  1. On Login Page

    • Click “Forgot Password”
    • Enter your email
    • Check email for reset link
  2. Reset Password

    • Click link in email
    • Enter new password
    • Confirm and save
    • Log in with new password

Notification Preferences 📧

Email Notifications

Manage Email Settings:

  • Go to Account → Settings → Notifications
  • Toggle email preferences:
    • ✅ Order updates
    • ✅ Subscription reminders
    • ✅ Feature announcements
    • ✅ Marketing emails (optional)

In-App Notifications

Extension Notifications:

  • Trial expiration reminders
  • Subscription status updates
  • Feature announcements
  • Can’t be disabled (important info only)

  • Order information

Data Access:

  • View your data in account
  • Export data (if available)

Account Deletion 🗑️

Delete Account

Important: This permanently deletes your account and data.
