Picklists are the heart of fetchin. Learn how to create, organize, and use them effectively.
What is a Picklist? 🤔
A picklist is an organized list of all items you need to pick and pack for your pending Vinted & Depop orders. fetchin automatically:
- ✅ Fetches all outstanding orders from Vinted (all tiers) and Depop (Grow & Unlimited tiers)
- ✅ Extracts item details and SKUs
- ✅ Organizes them for efficient picking
- ✅ Groups bundle orders together
Note: Depop picklist generation is available for Grow and Unlimited subscription tiers. Vinted picklist generation is available for all tiers.
Generating a Picklist 🚀
Quick Method

Open Orders Page
- For Vinted: Go to vinted.co.uk/my_orders
- For Depop: Go to depop.com/sellinghub/sold-items (Grow & Unlimited tiers only)
- Make sure you’re logged in

Click Extension Icon
- Open fetchin popup
- Click “Generate Picklist”

Wait for Processing
- Usually 10-30 seconds
- Extension scans and extracts data

View Results
- See organized picklist
- Review orders and SKUs
Best Practices 💡
Generate Daily
- Run picklist generation once per day
- Best time: Morning before picking starts
- Ensures you have all new orders
Check Before Picking
- Review the picklist for accuracy
- Verify SKUs are correct
- Check for any missing items
Update as Needed
- If orders change on Vinted or Depop, regenerate
- New orders appear automatically
- Cancelled orders are removed
Understanding Picklist Structure 📊
Order Information
Each order shows:
- Buyer Name - Who the order is for
- Order ID - Vinted or Depop order reference
- Items - List of items in order
- SKUs - Detected or manual SKUs
- Bundle Indicator - If it’s a bundle order
Organization
Orders are organized by:
- Priority - Orders needing attention first
- Location - If you organize by storage location
- Date - Order date (newest first)

Bundle Orders 📦
What are Bundle Orders?
Bundle orders contain multiple items in one order. fetchin handles them specially:
- Grouped Together - All items shown together
- Clear Labeling - Marked as “Bundle”
- Special Processing - Labels processed together

- Look for “Bundle” indicator
- Multiple items in one order

- Make sure all items are picked
- Bundle orders need all items together

- One label per bundle order
Troubleshooting 🔧
No Orders Showing
Possible Causes:
- No active orders on Vinted or Depop
- Orders in different status
- Extension not detecting orders
- For Depop: Not on Grow or Unlimited tier
Solutions:
- Check Vinted or Depop orders page
- Make sure orders are “To Send” (Vinted) or ready to ship (Depop)
- For Depop: Ensure you have Grow or Unlimited subscription
- Refresh the page and regenerate
Missing SKUs
Why This Happens:
- First time using extension
- SKU patterns not set up
- Unusual SKU format
Solutions:
- Set up SKU patterns (see SKU Patterns Guide)
- Manually add SKUs
- Contact support for help
Picklist Not Loading
Try These:
- Refresh the extension popup
- Check internet connection
- Make sure you’re logged in
- Try regenerating picklist
